To connect you with a licensed provider for your evaluation, to deliver and support your letter, to respond to your messages, and to process verification requests. Screening and evaluation content is shared only with your licensed evaluator.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose clinical details during landlord verification, which confirms authenticity and license status only. We do not share your diagnosis with housing providers.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat health-adjacent information with the care it deserves.
