SignMyESA is a platform that connects individuals with independent, licensed mental health professionals who conduct evaluations and, when appropriate, issue emotional support animal or psychiatric service dog letters. We are not a healthcare provider, law firm, or government agency, and we do not provide legal or medical advice.
A letter is issued only when a licensed provider independently determines you qualify. No outcome is guaranteed. Providers exercise their own clinical judgment, including the judgment to decline. Applicants who do not qualify receive a refund under our guarantee.
You agree to provide accurate information to your evaluator. Providing false information voids the guarantee and may invalidate any letter issued. You agree to use any letter lawfully and not to alter it after issuance.
We cannot guarantee that a specific landlord, university, or other party will approve your accommodation, though we provide verification support to help. Housing decisions rest with housing providers under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, SignMyESA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
